1) School will open as usual on 29th June Monday. Common Tests will carry on as per normal.
2) Students who a) been to the list of affected countries AND b) returned back to Singapore on OR after 22nd June, you are to take a 7 day leave of absence starting from the day AFTER you return to Singapore.
Affected countries are: Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR) and Indonesia
E.g. if you went to Australia and returned to Singapore only on 23rd June, you are to take a 7-day leave of absence from 24th June to 30th June, and you can only come to school on 1st July.
You are advised to stay at home and not go out during your 7 day leave of absence. You will not be allowed to enter school premises during your 7 days leave of absence.
Please comply with these instructions. You will be given a very hard time if it is later found that you are indeed infected with H1N1 and did not follow any of these instructions.
Even if you do miss common tests, you MAY have to sit for re-tests, so please continue studying for the tests that you might miss.
